Returns and Exchanges
Domestic USA Orders: We offer a 30-day hassle free return for refund and exchange policy, on ALL (human) garments, at no cost to you! Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, or exchange. And we will pay for the return and replacement shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, so please save any emails regarding your transaction, so we can locate your order information quickly.
Once your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. All you need to do is print out the label and apply it to your package and drop it in the mailbox. No need to leave the house, and no cost to you!
In the event of an exchange: Please include a note alerting us to the size you need your replacement in. We will reprint the order in the exchange size and send it on it's way.
Please note that exchanges are for the identical items originally ordered in their appropriate exchange sizes. If you would like a different item, please place a separate order and we will refund your original order upon return.
In the event of a refund: Once we receive the item back and have inspected it, we will issue your refund to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange can not be accepted.

We do encourage you to utilize the sizing guides underneath the item descriptor of every product on the site. If you ever have a question about a product, need help with sizing, or just want to chat, we would love to assist you!
Damages and issues: We've been hand screening garments for a long time and are really OCD about the quality of items we send you. But we are humans. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, or non-human garments (dog clothing).
International Orders: We still offer a 30 day return and exchange policy on all (human) garments. But due to the complexity of International orders, the customer will be responsible for returning the ordered items back to us. Once we receive the items in as new condition, we will either issue your refund, or send you your requested size exchange. We will however, pay to ship your exchange items back to you.
We encourage you to double check sizing in the sizing charts listed with every product on the site.
